Cancellations & Order Changes

I am very aware that sometimes things don’t go to plan – the absolute worst, right?! This is why I have clear policies in place to help you decide on your next steps.

In all situations, I ask that you provide me with as much notice as possible. I am super flexible and I want to accommodate your changes as best I can so you can get the date you want, but my calendar fills fast.

These policies are also designed to ensure that cancellations are fair for you and me. Thank you for taking the time to read through and accept the policies we have in place.
   

Our Order and Cancellation Policy:
 

No changes, transfers or reductions will be accepted within 7 days of your event.
 
Please note that in all cases, if your order has already been started a fee may be imposed. The amount charged will be dependent on what has been completed. This will be discussed with you. 

  • Your order can be rescheduled to a new date within the next 12 months. A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

  

  • Your order can be cancelled. There will be no refund of your deposit. Additional cancellation costs may apply. This will depend on the amount of notice you give and the amount of work already completed at the time of the cancellation.

  

Cancellation costs are as follows:
 

  • If you cancel with over 30+ days to the order date - your deposit will not be refunded to you; however, no further fees will apply.
  • If you cancel between 7 days and 30 days of the order date - your deposit will not be refunded to you and an additional fee may apply for any work already commenced. This will be discussed with you.
  • If you advise us in writing with less than 7 days to the order date – the entire cost that was quoted to you (minus any applicable delivery fees) will be payable.
